    The device can pe picked up via delivery at any address in Japan or at any major international airport in Japan. Available to use soon after pick-up.

    Return

    Device can be returned at any major international airport in Japan or via delivery.

Pick-up return flow

STEP1

The orders on the website can be made 24 hours per day.
If an application is done before 13:00 (JST) the device will be send on the same day, to reach the customer earliest on the following day.
The device will be send out to reach the customer on the chosen usage day, so please consider your schedule before making an application.

STEP2

The pick-up can be done at the airport or via delivery.
The router can be used as soon as it arrives, by connecting it to your device.

To confirm the connection method, please check the explanation icluded together with the device.

■In case of pick-up via delivery

The Wi-Fi devices are shipped via the Yamato Kuroneko service.
The devices can be also delivered to the hotels or hospitals if the later permit that.

■Aiport Pick-up

The pick-up of the devices is available at all main airports in Japan.
The pick-up might not be available depending on the time and place, so please confirm each counters business hours.

STEP3

Please return the device via delivery or at the airport.

■Return via delivery

For the return, please us the Yamato shipping slio (a prepaid one) included inside the pouch.
The return date will be registered based on the tracking number. No extension feel will be charged if the device is returned on the same day as choosen during the application. But if the last shipping time on the store is missed and the device is shipped the following day, the return day will be confirmed accordingly.

※In case of delivery via an another shipping company, the tracking number will not be checked and the last usage date will be regarded as the devices arrival date.
In such cases the customer is responsible is the devices get lost or damaged.

■In case of return by airport

It is possible to return the device at most internation aiports in Japan.
The return might not be available depending on the time and place, so please confirm each counters business hours.

Payment Method, Cancellation

■Regarding the payment methods

  • The payment can only be done via a credit card.
  • The charge will be calculated from the starting date to the last usage date.
  • The charging day depends on the credit card company.

  • Debit and V-preca cards are not accepted.

■Cancel Policy

The cancellation is for free 4 days before the starting date. Please contact our call center to process it.
If the cancellation request is done 3 days before the arrival, the cancellation fee becomes the 100% usage fee. No refunds are available.
