■Price calculation Example :Usage period: April 21st - June 25th
1st months usage (April 21st ~ April 30th ) is 10 days.
10 usage days x (device fee/30 days) will be charged for the first month
2nd months usage (May 1st ~ May 31st ) will be charged with the total device fee &
optional fees if ordered.
3rd months usage (June 1st ~ June 25th) will be charged with the total device fee &
optional fees if ordered.
Important Information:
*The last usage month will be charged with the full monthly fee, regardless of the
return date.
*For the first months charge, a device pick-up fee and option fees (full monthly
price) will be added.
*The charges will be done the following month after the initial usage.
Regarding the rental Service
Rental period
●The rental starting date is the date which the customer chooses while making the application.
●It is possible to choose the desired arrival date (the date during which the device will arrive) but it might get changed based on the shipping companies circumstances.
●The return date is defined as the last usage date. The date choosen during the
application just serves as a reference.
For the return via delivery, please use the shipping slip included inside the pouch (Yamato
Kuroneko). The return date will be confirmed via the shipping slips tracking number.
No extension feel will be charged if the device is returned on the same day as choosen
during the application. But if the last shipping time on the store is missed and the device
is shipped the following day, the return day will be registered accordingly.
※In case of delivery via an another shipping company, the tracking number will not be
checked and the last usage date will be regarded as the devices arrival date.
Price
●The rental fee will be charged even if the device is not used.
●The internet connection fee is included in the price.
●The full price will be charged according to the usage period for the first time.
●The delivery fee in Japan costs JPY 550 for 1 device, JPY 1,100 for 2-10 devices, or JPY 2,200 for 11+ devices. Pick-up and return at the airport costs JPY 550.
●For return via delivery, a prepaid shipping slip will be included with the device.
Payment
●The payment can be done only via a credit card.
●The rental fee is confirmed by end of the month, each month.
●The payment day is different based on each credit card company.
●Debit card and V-preca cards are not accepted at this website. We hope for your understanding.
●The cancellation is for free 4 days before the starting date. Please contact our
call center to process it.
In case of cancellation 3 days before the arrival, a 100% usage fee is charged. No refunds
are available for such cases.

Loss or damage to the device
●In the insurance option is ordered, the devices are replaced free of charge.
●If the device is lost and damaged and there is no insurance, the customer is charged a compensation fee. Click here for details.
